The Extraction Process
Step 1: Identifying the Issue
When a tooth needs to be removed it has the potential to cause an infection. Extractions can range from a single tooth removal to removing multiple teeth all at once. Each situation is unique and we will work with you to decide the best solution for you and your overall health.
Step 2: The Removal Process
Based on the preference of the dentist and the patient a local anaesthetic can be used to numb the areas where the tooth will be extracted. We also offer laughing gas which can be discussed between the dentist and patient.
Step 3: Minimal Invasive Technique
Extractions are a common procedure and should not cause undue stress. We use a non-traumatic technique to gently glide teeth out when performing extractions. This allows for faster recovery time.
